Daniel Weaver

Daniel Weaver has experience in various roles and industries. Daniel founded Knightweaver Games in 2008, where they focused on developing educational games for children. Daniel also co-founded Cool Energy Inc. in 2006 and served as the Director. At Genomica, they worked as a Lead Scientist from 1998 to 2001. Daniel then joined Array Biopharma as the Director of Scientific Computing, where they built scientific software systems for drug discovery and development. In 2015, they founded Faster Path Dx, a startup aimed at offering functional testing services for cancer cells. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the CEO of Arpeggio Biosciences, a company that utilizes sequencing and machine learning for compound analysis. Prior to that, in 2013, they founded Boulder BioConsulting, specializing in R&D informatics and scientific consulting. Currently, they work as a Senior Product Manager, Lead Discovery, and Solutions Architect at Revvity Signals, focusing on informatics innovations in Research and Development Screening.

Daniel Weaver completed their B.A. in Biology at The Johns Hopkins University from 1987 to 1991. Daniel then pursued a Ph.D. in Developmental Biology and Genetics at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1992 to 1998.
