Heather Hayes

Heather Hayes, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the fields of biomedical engineering and electrophysiology. Currently serving as a Product Leader at Revvity Signals since August 2022, Heather also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for The Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University. Prior experience includes roles such as Product Manager, Senior Applications Scientist, and Application Specialist at Axion BioSystems from May 2016 to August 2022, where Heather focused on neural and cardiac high-throughput electrophysiology and applications in various biomedical contexts. Heather's earlier work as a Research Associate and Postdoctoral Fellow at Emory University School of Medicine involved innovative research on spinal cord injury and sensorimotor function. With a PhD in Bioengineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Heather possesses a strong academic and practical foundation in neuroengineering and medical technologies.
