Crystal W. has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Consumer Lending Product Leader at Truist since 2011. Crystal has held various leadership roles at Truist, including Senior Vice President - Head of Credit Card & Lending Performance and Vice President in both Product Management for Credit Cards and Corporate Treasury. Prior to joining Truist, Crystal worked as an Engineering Leader from 2008 to 2011. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University.
