Guilherme MacHado

Guilherme Machado has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Guilherme started their career as a Telecommunications Engineer at AT&T in 1993, before moving on to Lucent as a Logistics Coordinator and later as a Pre Sales Coordinator. In 1999, they joined Avaya as a Product Manager, where they stayed until 2001.

In 2005, Guilherme became a SAP SD Consultant at Sonda Procwork Informática, working on the implementation of SAP 5.0 for MD Papéis. Guilherme then joined Barry Callebaut as a Senior SAP SD Consultant, responsible for the rollout in Brazil and coordinating the entire team.

From 2006 to 2013, Guilherme worked as a SAP SD Senior Systems Analyst at Accenture, participating in global projects for the food and cosmetics industries. Guilherme was also responsible for project management of SAP implementation in a Brazilian subsidiary of a Belgian food industry.

Joining Carl Zeiss do Brasil in 2013, Guilherme served as a Senior Systems Analyst SAP SD, supporting new integration and implementation projects and acting as the interface between headquarters and the Americas.

In 2019, Guilherme joined IBM as a SAP SD Senior Consultant, leading the SAP S/4 HANA implementation project for a global commodities company. Guilherme also participated in the implementation of the SD module for the GPA group and the British American Tobacco global improvement project.

Most recently, Guilherme worked at Accenture Brasil from 2020 to 2023 as a SAP SD Senior Consultant. In this role, they were involved in an improvement project for a metallurgical industry and was responsible for requirements definitions, technical specifications, and monitoring the development process.

Currently, Guilherme is working at Revvity as the Principal Business IT Architect (SAP SD) since February 2023.

Guilherme Machado holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from MBA USP/Esalq, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Their undergraduate degree is a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, earned between 1985 and 1990. Guilherme also completed a specialization in CCNA Cisco from UNIBTA - Centro Universitário in 2002. In addition, they pursued a post-graduation degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 1991 to 1993.
