Alexandra Powell has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Alexandra currently holds the position of Director of Client Cultural Insights at Reward Gateway, a role they have been in since 2018. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2018, Alexandra worked as a Senior Consultant at Brand Integrity Inc., specializing in employee performance strategies. Before joining Brand Integrity, they served as the Director of Training and Development at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network from 2004 to 2006.
