Jess Miller-Bushell

Jess Miller-Bushell has extensive experience in sales development and employee engagement, currently serving as Manager of Sales Development for UK Mid-Market at Reward Gateway since July 2017. In this role, Jess has advanced through various positions, including UK SMB Sales Development Manager and Sales Development Team Leader, contributing to Reward Gateway's mission of creating employee engagement platforms for over 1,700 clients. Prior to this, Jess worked as a Recruitment Consultant at TeacherActive from April 2014 to July 2017 and owned a professional face-to-face marketing business with Appco Group from May 2008 to March 2014.
