Rich Belson

Rich Belson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Their most recent position is Sales Development Director - EMEA at Reward Gateway, a role they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded Sales Development Leaders (SDL) in 2020. From 2018 to 2021, Rich was the Head of Sales Development at Firefly Learning. Before that, they served as the Country Manager at InfoMentor UK from 2017 to 2018. In addition, Rich had the role of Sales and Marketing Director at Minnow IT LTD from 2015 to 2017, where they achieved the company's largest deal and managed sales and marketing for a major product launch. Earlier in their career, Rich was the Sales Manager at Stormfront Retail Ltd from 2009 to 2015, where they successfully built and managed an education department. Rich also worked as an Account Executive at Western Computer Group from 2004 to 2009.

Rich Belson attended Magdalen College School in Oxford from 1994 to 2000. Rich then went on to study Music Systems Engineering BSc (Hons) with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of the West of England from 2001 to 2004.
