Bhagya Reddy

Bhagya Reddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data engineering, leadership, and empowerment initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering at Reward since September 2025, Bhagya leads a team of over 20 data engineers focused on designing automated data pipelines and enhancing team efficiency. As the Founder and CEO of Trainingindata, Bhagya champions inclusivity and career development for diverse individuals. Previous roles include Executive Director positions at Virgin Media O2, where Bhagya oversaw data intelligence strategies and empowerment initiatives, and at UBS, where the focus was on managing data and AI requirements. Notable past experiences also include executive roles at BT and QuantumBlack, as well as data architecture and project management positions at various companies. Bhagya holds a Master of Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
