Yanqing Shi

Yanqing Shi is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in data infrastructure and platform engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Data Platform & AI at Justworks since March 2025, Yanqing previously held the position of Engineering Leader for Data Infrastructure at Affirm, where responsibilities included leading engineering efforts for data storage, replication, and warehousing. Additional experience includes roles at Robinhood, LinkedIn, Quotient Technology Inc., Veeva Systems, IBM, Fidelity National Information Services, and Insurance Service Office Corporation. Yanqing holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
