Shane Almeida has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Shane began their career at HSBC as an Associate in Client Services for Global Custody and Clearing, where they managed a wide range of clients including banks, insurance companies, and private equity firms. Shane then joined EFG Bank as a Private Banking Administration Officer before moving on to ahlibank as a Team Lead for Payments and Treasury Settlements. At ahlibank, Shane managed activities such as payment investigations, cash operations, and regulatory investigations.

Following their time at ahlibank, Shane joined Deutsche Bank as part of their Cash Management Financial Institutions team in Global Transaction Banking. Shane worked in this role for several years before joining Reward, where they held various positions. Shane started as an Account Manager for Bank Loyalty before transitioning to a role as a Client Partnerships Manager for Financial Institutions. Currently, Shane serves as the Head of Client and Partner Enablement at Reward, utilizing their expertise in client relationships and partnerships.
