Paul Taylor

Paul Taylor is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment and learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and Head of Learning and Development at Rewardsco since November 2022. Prior to this role, Paul Taylor worked at Source Co. from November 2021 to November 2022, engaging as a thinker, communicator, and asker of questions. Additionally, Paul Taylor has served as a Pastor at olive tree church. Paul Taylor holds an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
