Sam Kanakanui is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, project management, and conservation through responsible travel. Currently serving as the Chief Opportunities Officer at Rewild Safaris since August 2019, Sam focuses on promoting sustainable travel practices. Previous roles include Director of Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM Manager, and Distributed Teams Project Manager at Netwave Solutions, where efforts centered on enhancing online presence and customer conversion for various clients. Sam also held the position of Chief Opportunities Officer at World Safaris and served as Director of Online Experience at Lifezone4. An early career as Project Manager, Lead Software Developer, and Consultant at Flynt Fabrics laid a strong technical foundation. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Guilford College, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
