Jessica Mason Pieklo

Jessica Mason Pieklo is a seasoned legal professional and journalist with extensive experience in law and media. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Executive Editor at Rewire.News since August 2012, Jessica has also held roles as Vice President of Law and the Courts and Interim President and Editor in Chief. Prior to this, Jessica was an Adjunct Professor at Hamline University School of Law, teaching business law and ethics while managing operations for the Health Law Institute. Additional roles include blogging for Care2 on civil rights and political issues, writing and editing for the Minnesota State Bar Association, and practicing as an attorney specializing in commercial litigation. Jessica holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MA from Mills College, and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
