Tal Razzer

Tal Razzer is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Remitly Israel since 2021, Tal Razzer collaborates cross-functionally to implement HR programs and provide strategic advice on career development, performance management, and organizational changes. Previously, as Head of HR at Lotem from 2018 to 2021, Tal Razzer reported to the CEO and was instrumental in establishing HR infrastructure and digitizing operations. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Groupon Israel and a Senior Recruiter at Amitim. Tal Razzer holds an MA in Organizational Consulting and a BA in Communication & Management from the College of Management Academic Studies.
