Kristin G. Eberhard

Kristin G. Eberhard, JD, serves as the Head of Policy at Rewiring America, focusing on accelerating electrification through state and local policy. Previously, Kristin held the position of Director of Climate Policy at the Niskanen Center, where leadership included managing a team and developing advocacy strategies. Kristin was also Director of Climate & Democracy at Sightline Institute, contributing to organizational growth and authoring numerous policy analysis articles, along with serving as a keynote speaker and TEDx speaker. Prior experience includes roles at the Natural Resources Defense Council as Legal Director, adjunct teaching at UCLA Law and Stanford Law School, and various positions in environmental litigation and research. Kristin holds a BA from Stanford University and both a MEM and JD from Duke University.
