Shridhar Karale

Shridhar Karale currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Reworld Waste since September 2025 and holds an advisory position at Thinksharp Foundation, a non-profit focused on enhancing rural education in India through digital learning tools. Previously, Shridhar was the Chief Information Officer at Hypertherm from January 2020 to June 2025 and spent 18 years at BD, where various roles included Vice President of Business Process Excellence and multiple vice president positions in IT strategy, architecture, innovation, and global automation. Shridhar holds an Executive Program degree in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai.
