Brandon Pettit has a diverse work experience in the field of customer education and project management. Brandon currently holds the position of Head of Customer Education at Rewst since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Liferay from 2012-2022, starting as a UI Intern and progressively taking on roles such as Training Specialist, Senior Curriculum Developer, and Project Manager. In their time at Liferay, they also served as the Education Development Manager, Global Customer Success Programs Manager, and Senior Manager of Customer Education, where they focused on developing education strategies, creating learning resources, and improving customer onboarding. Overall, Brandon has demonstrated a strong skill set in customer education, project management, and content creation.
Brandon Pettit attended Biola University from 2008 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Bible/Biblical Studies. Brandon obtained additional certifications, including Foundations in Customer Education from Skilljar in January 2023 and Certified Activator of Competitive Intelligence from Crayon in November 2022.
