Customer Success at Rewst

Jesse Hildebrand CAPM, LSSGB has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, Jesse worked as a Customer Success Engineering Co-op at Shoplogix. In 2017, they transitioned to HTS Engineering as a Junior Project Engineer. Continuing their engineering career, Jesse worked as a Production Control Specialist at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada for a brief period in 2018. Later that year, they became a Project Manager - LMS Pilot at Mondelēz International.

In 2019, Jesse joined Shoplogix - A Constellation Software Inc. Company as a Customer Success Manager, where they stayed until 2021. During this time, they gained expertise in customer success and relationship management. In 2021, Jesse joined Auvik Networks Inc. as a Partner Success Manager, utilizing their skills in fostering successful partnerships.

Most recently, Jesse has been working at Rewst since 2022 in the role of Customer Success. With their experience in project management, customer success, and engineering, Jesse has acquired a well-rounded skill set that contributes to their strong professional background.

Jesse Hildebrand CAPM, LSSGB completed a Bachelor of Applied Science Honours in Chemical Engineering with an option in Management Sciences at the University of Waterloo from 2014 to 2019, achieving distinction in their field of study. In October 2019, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com. They furthered their credentials by obtaining the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
