Ian Baptiste

Ian Baptiste's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Math and Science Tutor at East Tennessee State University. From 2015 to 2019, they were self-employed as a Private Tutor. In 2019, they became the Head of English Department at Jinan Foreign Language School International Center until 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Web Application Developer at USA Benefits Group and as a Senior Software Engineer at CryptoMe, Inc. From 2020 to the present, they have been self-employed as a Software Engineer. Ian will be joining Rex Academy as a Computer Science Teacher in May 2023.

Ian Baptiste completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General at East Tennessee State University in 2017. Ian also obtained several certifications, including Object-Oriented Programming Concepts from LearnQuest in March 2022, Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Infrastructure from Duke University | Coursera in February 2022, Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Primitives from Duke University | Coursera in February 2022, Introduction to Genomic Technologies from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2022, Data Visualization with Python from Coursera in July 2019, Data Analysis with Python from Coursera in June 2019, Databases and SQL for Data Science from Coursera in May 2019, and Python for Data Science and AI from Coursera in May 2019.
