Johnathan Rex

Johnathan Rex has extensive experience in the heat treating industry, currently serving as President of Rex Heat Treat since April 2024. Prior to this leadership role, Johnathan held various positions at Rex Heat Treat from July 1990 to September 2015, including Director of Marketing and Product Development, Plant Manager, and Division Manager, beginning their career as a Utility Worker and progressing through roles such as Furnace Operator and Manager Trainee. Johnathan Rex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, with studies spanning from 1990 to 2014.
