Jason Deboy

Jason DeBoy is an experienced professional in analytics and performance improvement within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Analytics at UNC Health Rex since October 2022, Jason previously held the role of Management Engineer Team Lead at Duke University Health System, where responsibilities included supporting the Department of Pediatrics and the Women's & Children's Clinical Service Unit, and developing decision-making tools in collaboration with pediatric leadership. Jason's earlier positions included Management Engineer at Duke University Health System, Production Engineer at 3Phoenix, and Assistant to the Director at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Jason began the professional journey with an internship at Harris Teeter. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University, obtained in 2011.
