Melissa A. Fitzpatrick

Melissa A. Fitzpatrick, MSN, RN, FAAN, serves as the President of Kirby Bates Associates, LLC, a role commenced in January 2020 after joining as Chief Operating Officer in 2019. With a robust background in executive healthcare leadership, Fitzpatrick also holds a position as a Board Member at UNC REX Healthcare, contributing clinical expertise as the first registered nurse on the board. Previous leadership roles include President of Tyler & Company, Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at Dabir Surfaces, Inc. and Hill-Rom, and Senior Associate Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nurse Executive at Duke University Health System.
