Maya Baluschak

Maya Baluschak is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and loyalty programs. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Marketing & Loyalty at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC since September 2021, Maya has also held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Rexall, Maya was a Senior Consultant for Loyalty at Canadian Tire Corporation from March 2020 to August 2021, and previously worked at Canadian Tire Financial Services in various marketing roles from September 2014 to March 2020, culminating in the position of Senior Associate Marketing Manager. Maya holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a Minor in Economics from McMaster University.
