Mithila Raveendran

Mithila Raveendran, CHRL, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources Business Partnerships at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. since January 2018, Mithila previously held positions such as Talent & Engagement Specialist at Longo's and Human Resources Generalist at CBI Health Group. Mithila's career in human resources began at Target as an Associate HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included supporting HR functions and collaborating with business leaders on employee relations and performance management. Additionally, Mithila has contributed to the development and improvement of HR processes and guidelines throughout various roles. Mithila holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with Honours in HRM from York University.
