Shannon Baxter

Shannon Baxter has over a decade of experience in organizational development and training, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. since December 2010. In this role, Shannon has held various leadership titles, including Director of Learning & Development and Director of Change Initiatives. Additionally, Shannon serves as a Board Member for Rexall Care Network since January 2024. Previous experience includes the position of Organizational Development & Training Coordinator at Sanofi Pasteur, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating training programs and managing employee orientation. Earlier in a career at Kenworth Truck Centres, Shannon contributed to the establishment of sales policy documentation and efficient database management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from the University of Toronto Mississauga, complemented by additional studies at Sheridan College.
