Véronique Douville

Véronique Douville has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Véronique started their career as a Lawyer at Holmested & associés s.e.n.c. in 2000 and worked there until 2003. Véronique then worked as a Legal Counsel at Aventis from 2003 to 2004. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Legal Counsel at PSL Group, and then joined Theratechnologies as a Legal Counsel from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Rexel North America Inc. as a Legal Counsel and later served as a Senior Legal Counsel from 2013 to 2016. Véronique then became an Assistant General Counsel at Rexel North America from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., starting from 2017.

Véronique Douville has an MA in History from Université de Montréal. Véronique also has a LLB in Law from the same university. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in History and Russian Studies from Université de Montréal.
