Iris Ömer

Iris Ömer has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Iris started their career at Dr. Seidel Informations-Systeme GmbH as a Personalreferentin from December 1999 to September 2005. From there, they worked as a Freelancer Human Resources at Swiss Re from February 2007 to December 2012. In 2010, they joined HUBER+SUHNER as an HR Generalist, holding the position until December 2017. Currently, they are working at Rexel Germany GmbH & Co. KG, where they started as an HR Manager / Business Partner from January 2018 until December 2018. Since January 2019, they have been serving as the Head of HR Management at Rexel Germany GmbH & Co. KG.

Iris Ömer attended Fachschule für Wirtschaft Bielefeld from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Betriebswirtin with a focus on Personal.
