Bill Carrier

Bill Carrier has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Bill started their career as an Equity Research Analyst at Dresdner Bank in 2000 and later moved to Advest in 2003, where they worked as an Equity REIT Research Analyst. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Wall Street Equity REIT Research Analyst at Ryan Beck & Co./Stifel Nicolaus. Bill then joined Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in 2007 and continued as a Wall Street Equity REIT Research Analyst until 2010. In 2011, they joined Boutique Hotel, where they served as a Project Manager/Financial Analyst for the real estate division until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance at Rexford Industrial since 2016.

Bill Carrier earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business from Emory University.
