Maxwell Kaizer

Maxwell Kaizer has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Maxwell started their career with Gelber Realty Corporation as a Leasing professional in 2005. Maxwell then joined Thomas Properties Group in 2007 as an Associate, where they focused on property operations, acquisitions, development, and investment management. In 2011, Maxwell joined Rexford Industrial as the Senior Vice President, Investments. At Rexford Industrial, they specialized in the acquisition, development, revitalization, and repositioning of industrial properties.

Maxwell Kaizer studied at UCLA from 2003 to 2007 and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History / Business.
