Cristian Osorio

Cristian Osorio is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as COO of Rex+ Software para recursos humanos since December 2022, Cristian has also founded and led IntercapIT as CEO since January 2006, demonstrating a commitment to innovation in technology. Cristian's role as CEO at Aulanovus began in January 2010, while also directing Intercap Head Hunting since June 2009. Cristian was a founder of The Founder Institute from October 2011 to December 2012. Previous experience includes directorships at GECHS and as Gerente General at Asicom AGP, alongside significant tenure at Microsoft as Gerente de Productos from 1995 to 2005. Cristian holds a degree from Universidad de Chile (1989-1995) and attended Liceo Aleman.
