Ari Prasetyo S has been working in the IT industry since 2015. From 2015-2017, they worked as an IT Support Staff at PT. Graha Mitra Sukses, where they provided technical troubleshooting related to computer systems, networks, and applications, as well as network configuration using TP-Link wireless outdoor Point to Point and Mikrotik. In 2017, they moved to PT. Trans Property Indonesia as an IT Support Senior Staff, where they maintained and recorded inventory of all equipment, hardware, software, and software licenses with ITSM Software (Hesk), and was responsible for network configuration with Mikrotik and Fortigate. In 2021, they began working at FLOW- Ethical Credit Management as an IT Network and Application Specialist, where they provided technical troubleshooting related to computer systems, networks, and applications, and was responsible for setting up PCs for each new user based on hardware and software standards, as well as training new employees on how to use the system. Currently, they are working at Rey.id as an IT Helpdesk & Application Support Engineer, where they are responsible for maintaining technical documentation and service catalogs on installation of software, configuration of hardware, and problem troubleshooting, as well as serving as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or in person.
Ari Prasetyo S is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from STMIK Muhammadiyah Jakarta, beginning in 2018 and expected to complete in 2022.
