Carina Downing

Carina Downing currently serves as the National Sales Training Manager at Reyes Beverage Group, having begun their tenure in November 2018, where previous positions included Customer Service Supervisor, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Inside Sales Representative. Prior experience includes roles at Lodge Management Group as Head Bartender from May 2014 to July 2018, where Carina excelled in a high-volume bar environment, managed bar practices, and contributed to custom cocktail menu design. Additionally, Carina worked as General Manager at Salon 833 from May 2014 to March 2017, responsible for inventory management and budgeting for salon products. Carina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Northwestern University.
