Joe Morrison has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Joe started their career in 2004 as a Data Processing/Customer Service Representative at First National Bank of Walker, where they worked for four years. In 2006, they joined YMCA of Metropolitan Minneapolis as a Youth Coordinator for a year. In 2008, they transitioned to HEI Hotels & Resorts, serving as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Hotel Minneapolis until 2011.

From there, Joe joined Housing Preservation Project in 2010 as a Foreclosure Relief Law Project Intern for a short period. In 2011, they then moved to Reyes Beer Division, where they held multiple roles. Joe started as Sales Support at Chicago Beverage Systems and later became a Craft Brand Manager, responsible for marketing activities and product forecasting in the Chicago market. In 2016, they were promoted to Marketing Manager, and in October 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Joe's work experience showcases their versatility and growth in various industries, particularly in sales, marketing, and hospitality.

Joe Morrison attended the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2010, where they studied Housing Studies and specialized in Finance, Management, and City Planning.
