Sandra Aguila

Sandra Aguila, M.A. has over 20 years of work experience. Sandra is currently the Market Director of Human Capital at Reyes Beer Division, a position they have held since February 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Aramark Uniform Services from October 2015 to February 2019, and as a Senior Human Resources Manager from September 2012 to October 2015. From February 2012 to September 2012, they worked as an HR Business Partner at CIRCOR Aerospace, Inc. Before that, they held the role of Senior HR Manager at Panda Restaurant Group from 2007 to 2012, and HR Manager at the same company from 2002 to 2006. Sandra began their career as an HR Compliance Analyst at Washington Mutual, Inc. in 1998, and later worked as a Corporate Recruiter from 1998 to 2001.

Sandra Aguila, M.A. holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Sandra also completed the Riordan Fellows Program at UCLA, and later earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University.
