Tristan Harless

Tristan Harless has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Regional Store Manager for Destination Maternity Corp until 2013. Tristan then joined Jo-Ann Stores, LLC. as a Merchandise Manager for eight months before becoming a Human Resources Business Partner at Lifetouch National School Studios from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Senior Payroll Specialist at J & A Food Service, Inc. Following that, Tristan served as the Director of Human Resources & Admin at Redding Distributing Company from 2015 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at Reyes Beer Division, where they have held several HR-related roles, including Human Capital Manager, Regional Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Director since 2021.

Tristan Harless holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from LSU Shreveport. Additionally, they have earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management/Human Resources from Shasta College.
