Xochitl Zuniga, SHRM-SCP has over 18 years of progressive HR experience across various industries. Xochitl is currently working as the Human Resources Director, Customer at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at the same company. Their previous roles include Director of Payroll & Human Resources at Veggie Grill, Inc., Director of People Services at Tender Greens, and Sr. Human Resources Manager at Mendocino Farms. Xochitl also served as the Human Resources Manager at Irvine Company and Mimis Cafe, where they gained extensive experience in HR program administration, employee relations, and strategic business partnership. Xochitl is skilled in managing and providing support to HR teams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and fostering positive employer-employee relationships.

Xochitl Zuniga, SHRM-SCP, obtained a RCCB Enabling Functions' Leadership Development Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2021. Xochitl also pursued Human Resources Management at California State University, Long Beach in 2009 and completed a program in Restaurant and Hospitality Management at Orange Coast College from 1999 to 2004. Xochitl Zuniga has additional certifications including SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC), ServSafe® Food Safety Manager from ServSafe®, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
