Tyler Florence, CFM, currently serves as the Sr. Asset Program Manager at Reyes Holdings since September 2020, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership for a diverse portfolio of real estate assets and implementing asset management initiatives. Previous roles at Reyes Holdings involved overseeing capital management and construction projects, while managing annual budgets exceeding $10 million. Prior to this, Tyler held various positions at Enterprise Holdings from 2011 to 2020, including Property Development and Construction Manager, where real estate transactions and construction activities were directed towards compliance and growth. Earlier experience at The Avila Group involved business operations and event planning, blending interests in music, art, and real estate. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San José State University.
