Anna Avdeenko is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, auditing, and regulatory reporting. Currently serving as Head of Finance and Control at Reynard High Voltage Solutions since October 2025, Anna previously held the role of Manager, Finance at Wintershall Noordzee B.V. from April 2019 to October 2025, where responsibilities included preparing IFRS financial statements, managing audits, and enhancing internal controls. Holding a Master's degree in Economics and Management from Saint-Petersburg Mining University, Anna also gained valuable experience at EY as a Senior Auditor, leading audit procedures across various industries and coaching junior team members. Additional experience includes a managerial role at SammitProjectGroup, organizing international meetings for the Russian government. Anna completed the Energy Insurance Diploma Course by Marsh in March 2024.
