Allan Swystun is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the tobacco and beverage industries. Currently serving as Director of Marketing Transformation and Technology at Reynolds American Inc. since July 2020, Allan is responsible for driving business transformation initiatives, streamlining processes, and fostering team development. Previously, at Fontem Ventures B.V., Allan successfully built a Trade Activation team and launched integrated marketing campaigns. Allan's career began at Imperial Brands PLC, where notable achievements included managing global campaigns for premium brands and optimizing brand portfolios. Earlier, Allan gained foundational sales experience at The Coca-Cola Company. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Marketing and a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Newcastle.
