Jorden Castagna

Jorden Castagna has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2013, Jorden worked as an Office Administrator/HR Assistant at Spiracur, Inc. where they assisted the Human Resource Director with administrative tasks. In the same year, Jorden also worked as a University Programs Coordinator at Google via Indosys, coordinating events and assisting with intern orientations.

In 2014, Jorden became a Business Analyst at Menlo Logistics, where they assisted with process implementation and project management. They were particularly successful in locating inventory and facilitating warehousing system conversions.

From 2015 to 2016, Jorden worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Hire Heroes USA, conducting client assessments and providing job search assistance.

In 2016, Jorden joined LeasePlan USA as a Learning and Development Specialist, where they managed compliance training and developed a management training program for the company.

Jorden then moved to Interface, where they held roles as a Global Learning Specialist and Global Learning Project Manager. They were responsible for implementing learning management systems and managing global learning and development projects.

In 2019, Jorden joined Reynolds American Inc., where they held several roles, including Lead Talent Development Manager, Senior Manager HRBP for Marketing/Sales and HRBP for Digital Business Solutions (IT), and currently serve as the Regional Talent Acquisition Director with a broader role within the BAT Group. In these roles, Jorden was responsible for talent management, HR strategies, and the deployment of talent and organizational effectiveness processes.

Jorden Castagna holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science at San Jose State University from 2009 to 2012. Jorden also has additional certifications in TRACOM Certified SOCIAL STYLE & Versatility Instruction from TRACOM Group in 2020 and in Designing Effective Learning Games and Interactive Learning with Captivate from The eLearning Guild in 2016.
