Lindsey Aiello

Lindsey Aiello, M.S., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality compliance and environmental health and safety (EHS) management. Currently serving as Quality Compliance and Performance Senior Manager at Reynolds American Inc. since April 2015, Lindsey has held multiple leadership roles focused on Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Implementation and IWS Pillar Implementation, specializing in autonomous maintenance and focused improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Lindsey held various EHS management positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev from July 2007 to March 2015, overseeing environmental compliance for a multi-site North American region. Lindsey's career began at Zinsser Co., Inc. as an Environmental Specialist after graduation. Lindsey holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy Studies from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Business Economics from Rutgers University.
