Rob Quispe Martinez

Rob Quispe Martinez is an accomplished HR analytics professional with extensive experience in data analysis and management. Currently serving as Lead Manager of HR Analytics at Reynolds American Inc. since May 2025, Rob has previously held the position of HR Analytics Manager at Hanesbrands Inc. from June 2021 to May 2025, where Rob also worked as a Data Analyst. Prior to that role, Rob's experience includes a Data Analyst position at AvantGuard Monitoring Centers and serving as NSC Data Specialist at Brigham Young University - Idaho, where Rob significantly improved reporting accuracy and error awareness.
