Shannon Tremblay has a extensive work experience in the tobacco industry. Shannon began their career in 1991 at Brown & Williamson Tobacco, where they held various roles such as Territory Manager, Account Manager, Division Manager, and Senior Manager Employee Relations. In 2004, they joined R. J. Reynolds Tobacco as the Director of Employment Practices and later became the Sr. Director-Strategic Business Partner. In 2008, they moved to Reynolds American Inc. and held positions including Sr. Director Talent Acquisition, Sr. Director HR Strategy & Planning, Sr. Director Strategic Business Partner - Trade Marketing, and Senior Director - Lead Strategic Business Partner. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director HR Business Partner - Operations.
