Kristina L. Rodriguez

Kristina L. Rodriguez has extensive experience in procurement and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Indirect Procurement at Reynolds Consumer Products since April 2019. Prior to this role, Kristina held positions such as Director of Procurement North America and Global Metal Fabrication Leader at Modine Manufacturing Company, and Indirect Procurement Leader at Horizon Pharma plc, where Kristina was responsible for establishing an indirect procurement function with significant savings opportunities. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at SEDA International Packaging Group, where Kristina managed procurement processes supporting significant sales growth, and at Honeywell, where procurement functions were managed for various business lines. Kristina began their career in academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and transitioned into sales consulting at Hess Food Group, achieving substantial sales targets and enhancing supply chain management. Kristina holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia College.
