Thomas Bogan

Thomas Bogan began their work experience as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy from June 1990 to August 1998. Thomas then joined Kraft Foods Group in 1998 and held various roles such as Software Project Manager, Materials Manager, Senior Supply Chain Manager, and Director Logistics Operations. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Director Customer Development at Kraft Foods Group. In 2014, they became the Senior Director Product Supply before transitioning to the role of Head of Sales and Operations Planning from 2015 to 2017 at The Kraft Heinz Company. In 2018, they joined SC Johnson as the Senior Director, Global Planning, and then moved on to Reynolds Consumer Products in 2019. At Reynolds Consumer Products, they held the position of Vice President Supply Chain from August 2019 to July 2022 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President Supply Chain.

Thomas Bogan's education history begins with their high school education at Kinnelon High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1986. Following this, they attended the United States Naval Academy from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Engineering. Thomas then pursued further education at Boston University between 1990 and 1992, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering. Finally, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1999 to 2002, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Marketing and Finance.
