Tom Dutton

Tom Dutton is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Corporate HR Director at Reynolds Consumer Products since April 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held various HR leadership positions, including Human Resources Director at Spectrum and HR Director at Anixter. At Wrigley/Mars, Tom contributed to important projects such as HR transformation and payroll harmonization. Tom began the HR career at Allstate Insurance Company as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and accumulated valuable experience at APAC Customer Services and Avnet. Tom holds an MBA and BA in Business, Communications, and HR from Dominican University.
