Brady Need

Brady Need is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, agriculture, and insurance. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Regenerative Specialist at The Pence Group since August 2021, Brady also runs an independent business through AerialNeeds Photography. Prior experience includes internships at Reynolds Farm Equipment, Kokomo Grain Co., Inc., DuPont Pioneer, and The Climate Corporation, as well as a role as an Insurance Agent Assistant at CIS Crop Insurance Specialists. Brady holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Systems Management from Purdue University, completed in 2019.
