Susan McLaughlin, NBCT, is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in various teaching and administrative roles. Currently serving as a 4th Grade Math and Science Teacher at Reynoldsburg City Schools since August 2018, Susan previously held multiple positions in Springfield City School District, including Coordinator of Partnerships and College and Career Readiness. Additional leadership experience includes directing teaching and learning at Millennium Community School and overseeing curriculum and instruction at Licking Heights Local Schools. Susan's early career features roles as a 5th Grade Teacher, Intervention Teacher, Guidance Counselor, and 4th Grade Teacher in the Department of Defense Education Activity. Academically, Susan holds a BA in Elementary Education from Ohio Wesleyan University, a Master's degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland, and a certification in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
