John Carrico is the Managing Partner and founder of Rezult Group, established in 2001, specializing in staffing solutions for Technology, Healthcare IT, and Accounting & Finance sectors. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Director at Allegis Group, where business development and recruiting operations were managed across Tennessee and Alabama, generating over $25 million in annual revenue. Additionally, positions at Allegis Group included the Director of Business Operations, focusing on technical recruiting and strategic agreements with Fortune 500 companies in Atlanta. Earlier experience at Aerotek involved direct sales of contract staffing and project management within the IT industry, as well as recruitment in the environmental sector. John Carrico holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
