Michele Beke

Michele Beke, CPA, CA has experience in the finance industry spanning over 13 years. Michele started their career at Ernst & Young LLP in 2008, where they worked as a Manager until 2012. Michele then moved on to MCAP and held various positions, including Director of Finance, Senior Director of Finance & Corporate Controller, and Vice President of Finance from 2013 to 2020. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Finance at RFA Bank of Canada, a role they have held since June 2020. In November 2021, they were promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer at the same company.

Michele Beke, CPA, CA completed an Accounting Diploma at Western University from 2004 to 2008. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management & Organizational Studies with a Finance Stream from the same university. In 2011, they completed their CA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Additionally, they hold a certification in SheCodes Basic from SheCodes, obtained in 2022.
